Get your forks at the ready - our brand new summer menu is landing for this July, and it’s bringing the heat, the freshness, and a whole lot of “wait, I’m coming back tomorrow too” energy.

Breakfast’s Had a Glow-Up
Overnight Oats w Raspberries - a hearty, no nonsense start to your day, packed with slow-release energy, creamy oats, and a burst of fresh raspberry goodness. Basically breakfast that does the work for you.
Turkish Eggs - poached to perfection, lounging in garlicky yoghurt with spicy vibes. Say less.
Lunch? Absolutely Glorious.
Whole Burrata & Cherry Tomatoes w Toasted Sourdough - creamy, juicy, crunchy, dreamy
Smoked Salmon Pate w Pickled Cucumber and Carrot - fancy but still down to earth
Whipped Feta - staying - but with a new personality. Now served with hot honey, grilled peaches & prosciutto
Tuna is BACK! - and reunited with it’s meltiest bestie, cheddar, for that legendary toastie
The BLT w Garlic Mayo is still the icon it always was (and now with a vegan version available, because we love everyone)

Say hello to our new Pomelle Spritz - a refreshing, lightly sparkling dream with notes of pomelo and elderflower. Summer in a glass, basically. Available in standard and mini sizes.

OICHI ELIXIR: PLum & coffee kombucha
Coffee and Kombucha … all in one!
Brewed in the Norfolk countryside, the Oichi sisters are dedicated to creating deliciously homemade Kombucha, using seasonal, fresh and foraged ingredients.
New to the scene is their ‘Elevated Elixir’ range, which is the answer to a drink that feels fancy enough to bring out at all your special occasions, but happens to be non-alcoholic, low in sugar and good for your gut!
We are now stocking their unique Plum and Coffee Kombucha at Folk. Available in both big and small sizes and to have in or takeaway.
The rich flavour of heritage plums from the Waveney Valley, paired with the fruit notes of coffee from Etude, make the perfect pairing for a refreshing summer thirst-quencher.
