Reservations

We are now only taking reservations via email for groups of 8-12 people. For anything smaller than this, please feel free to just turn up! We do get busy but generally even when full the wait time is no more than up to 15 minutes and we will give you a buzzer so that you do not lose your place in the queue. We do have to ask that the queue is kept outside due to lack of room inside so please come prepared for the weather during the colder months :)

After trialling the online bookings system and due to customers abusing the system, we have decided to stop. Not only did our staff receive abuse, but we started to find a pattern where customers would book a table for the minimum requirement (6) and only 2/3/4 people would show up. This means we were holding a larger table than what was actually needed, and bigger groups have been unable to sit down as quickly as they could have done as we will have sat a small group on a big table, amongst many other issues with the whole process and how customers have tried to 'trick the system'. We know table bookings have been one of the most requested things at Folk and at the 6 month mark of giving it a go and it only being problematic, all we can now say is, we tried!
