
CHEF
We are looking for experienced part-time cook/chefs to join us in our busy day time café kitchen.
The responsibilities will include:
Making and serving: breakfasts, sandwiches, toasties, salads, jacket potatoes, scotch eggs, dressings etc. The candidate must feel confident in working in ticket based service in a very busy and fact paced kitchen. Service runs from 8.30am - 3pm. Shift times are from 7.30am - 4.30pm. We do events and everyone is given the option to work on these.
The role will also include prep: batch cooking of things like sausage rolls, scotch eggs, kimchi, pulled pork, compotes, pestos, granola, sauces, etc.
