Sunshine season has officially arrived, and we’ve got just the thing to elevate your basket-based plans - say hello to our Folk Picnics, now available to pre-order online. Think fresh air, good company, and a seriously delicious spread without lifting a finger… unless it’s to open a beer or pop a strawberry in your mouth.
We’ve got three dreamy options, lovingly packed and ready for lazy days in the park, beach hangs, breakfast in bed, or garden party glory:
Brunch Basket - your morning moment of bliss, featuring local bakery Wooster's pastries, Folk Larder granola yoghurt bowls, fresh fruit bowls, ginger shots, smoothies and boujie blush apple juice to share. Ideal for slow starts and sunshine fuelled catch-ups.Ploughman’s Picnic - a feast of champions with a whole sliced Woosters seeded sourdough, Baron Bigod cheese from Fen Farm Dairy, Torres crisps, Folk Larder chilli Jam and coronation chicken or carrot bhaji goodness. Of course, sausage rolls and scotch eggs, and your choice of Burnt Mills beers or Kombucha to sip. Perfect for sharing… or not.
Afternoon Tea - triangle sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, savoury nibbles, mini cakes, and your pick of Prosecco or Bottle Green Elderflower fizz for a properly civilised garden moment (fancy napkins optional, but encouraged).
Available Wednesday to Saturday with two days notice required.

We’ve just welcomed Flint Vineyard Bacchus 2025 to Folk.
Grown just over the border in South Norfolk, Flint are making some of England’s most exciting wines, and this latest batch is a brilliant example. Fresh, dry, and full of tropical fruit, with notes of kiwi, passion fruit and juicy pear, it’s crisp, textured and incredibly easy to drink.
A perfect match for fish, spicy dishes or simply a sunny afternoon in the garden.
If you usually reach for a Sauvignon Blanc or Picpoul, this is well worth a try. Pop in for a glass or take a bottle home from the shop and taste what our local vineyards are doing so well.

You asked. We listened. Then we spent far too much time arguing over colours, designs, and exactly how cool a cap can be.
The result? Folk caps are landing soon, and they absolutely SUFFOLKING GOOD.
Our brand new collection will be available in a range of vintage wash colourways, giving each cap that perfectly worn-in, easy every day style, favourite from day one feel. Designed with Folk sprit you know and love, whether you’re into understated classic or something with a bit more personality, we’ve got it covered.

guest coffee update
In line with out ever-changing guest coffee spot, were excited to announce the next slot is filled by the super cool Oddkin Coffee.
Based in Bristol, roasting small batches that are ethically sourced from across the globe; This combined with their distinctive branding and unique flavours were the perfect combination for us here at Folk.
We will be pouring their La Leona blend - a Columbian origin, hinting notes of Blood Orange, Raspberry & Caramel, the perfect fit thats sits well in both a Flat White and Filter.
You’ll find it fresh in the hopper from Friday - served as a standard with a flat white or filter - or ask your server to upgrade your usual order to try something new.
Retail bags will be available in our Folk shop to take your new favourite coffee home with you too.

A familiar idea, with slightly less improvisation this time.
If you’ve been with us for a while, you might remember that during 2020/2021, back when Folk was smaller and we were all keeping distance, we opened our awkward window to roadside hospitality.
Who remembers the ridiculously long payment stick?! That glorious invention that somehow let card machines travel impossible distances has been, well, considerably upgraded.
Introducing Folk Drive Thru.
You’ll find it just outside the front of the cafe, by the tractor, two bays marked by tinsel (very Folk style).
Here’s how it works:
Pull In.
Scan the QR.
Place your order from your car.
Sit tight.
We’ll bring your order straight to your window.
No balancing coffees while opening doors. No waking sleeping kids. No unnecessary peopling.
Pull up by the tractor. We’ll do the running around!
