Dive into the art of food preservation with a beginners masterclass from Rowen Halstead, a keen advocate for reducing our food waste. The evening will enlighten you with how simple fermentation, pickling and other forms of preserving your food can be, whilst we make homemade cheese, sauerkraut like you have never tasted before, pickled onions that you won’t be able to be without again, and the magical transformation of preserved lemons. • 2 hour class packed with cooking magic and information, lead by Michelin-star trained chef, Rowen Halstead

• Recipe cards included

• Bring your own jars and containers (Ideally one 1 litre, 2 500ml, and a small tub)

You can purchase containers from Rowen; £8 for a litre jar and £6 for 500ml. Please email sophie@folksuffolk.com upon booking if you would like to purchase containers.
