Local Michelin trained chef Rowen Halstead (@wastenotrowen) is putting his energy into sustainable cooking practices that focus on zero-waste in the kitchen in the hope of a better future for food. He wants to dazzle you with new ways of using food scraps in your home cooking with seasonal menu all sourced from, and supporting local farms and producers with the ultimate intension of it leaving a lasting impression on how we can all become more renewable with the way we treat food.

For this month’s supper club, Rowen is designing a menu that closes the loop on waste so everything is utilised. Putting the main focus on the vegetables, supporting local farms and producers. 

Wine pairing from Burnt House Vineyard will be available on the night.
